Delivery and Returns

Most CAF merchandise is shipped out of a facility in Dallas via US mail. Orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days of placement. Orders that are custom or embroidered may ship separately and from a different location. Custom orders are hand made when the order is placed, so please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for those items to arrive. Should your order not arrive in a timely manner, please get in touch with the CAF by sending an email to giftshop@cafhq.org or calling 877-767-7176.

Shipping costs are based on weight and range from $8 - $18. Sales Tax is charged to any orders delivered in the state of Texas.

CAF processes returns or sizing, quality, and shipping damage. Returns must be requested with 14 days or receipt of merchandise. If your order is not to your satisfaction, either send an email to giftshop@cafhq.org or call 877-767-7176. In most cases you will be instructed to return the item to the Dallas facility.
