Welcome to the Commemorative Air Force Store, the official online store supporting the Commemorative Air Force (CAF). By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the terms, conditions, and policies described below. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use this website or purchase our products.

2. Store Identity

The Commemorative Air Force Store is operated by the Commemorative Air Force, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and flying historic military aircraft.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However:

Colors may vary due to screen settings
Inventory levels may change without notice
Product specifications may be updated or discontinued

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

4. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that:

You are legally able to enter into a binding contract
The payment information you provide is accurate and authorized

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraud or misuse.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Typical fulfillment time is 2–5 business days, though delays may occur during events, holidays, or high‑volume periods.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once an order is shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded until returned to us.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is:

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Clearance items, event‑specific merchandise, and limited‑run collectibles may be final sale

Returns must be requested with 14 days or receipt of merchandise. If your order is not to your satisfaction, either send an email to giftshop@cafhq.org or call 877-767-7176. In most cases you will be instructed to return the item to the Dallas facility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site or its content:

For unlawful purposes
To violate intellectual property rights
To interfere with site security or operations
To engage in fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to terminate access for any prohibited use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including aircraft imagery, logos, trademarks, and product designs—is the property of the Commemorative Air Force or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Losses arising from shipping delays or carrier errors
Inaccuracies in product descriptions
